  • I have been bringing in very nice merchandise for about 3 years now. I have alway had a very nice experence with the woman selecting my merchandise until about 6 weeks ago. I don't know the womans name but she has blonde hair and russia accent. She is just about the rudest person with a nasty attitude. She did take some items, handed me a receipt, and yelled at me to go in the coner to collect items not chosen. This happend 3 separate times. Location is north scottsdale on pima road. She needs to go back to retail 101 and learn how to be nice to customers....When i asked her what charitys to give merchandise to? She snaps at me I DON'T KNOW!!!!
