  • Carla Conseko, receptionist the one who makes a schedule is a bitch. She told me over the phone that if she new her doctor was only in one day a week she would have called in advance to make an appointment .... oh really Carla? Because i travel for work and don't work a 9-5 behind the desk job in a cubicle like most people., it's not that easy but thanks for your "hospitality" at an urgent care facility. Where did she get her degree from!? i've been taking this prescription for over 10 years, Dr. will never call in the refill., I always have to be seen and now he's only in one day of the week and it's my fault for not scheduling earlier and NO other doctor will refill the prescription BUT i can go to another urgent care and get it refilled there ..... makes no sense. They want their $$$$$$$$. Fuck em. I have a primary doctor appointment with someone who is board certified in July thank god!!!! Advanced Urgent Care isn't Advanced AT ALL. DO NOT go there for primary service!!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!
