  • This is a second update, Caesar from Auto-nation Honda did called me after reading my review, he asked me to send copies of the bill for the brake work I had to have done. I sent the bill as requested, no response, so I called to check to make sure he got the paperwork, he said he had and gave it to the boss. Long story short he Never called me back and it's been over 2 weeks. I hate being lied to, and I hate poor customer service. Third and final update! Caesar did get back with me after second review, they did compensate me for half of the repairs I had to have done. Great job Auto Nation and thank you!
