  • Ashley has a gift for navigating the intricate details of buying a house, while explaining each step of the process in an understandable way. She was always readily able to give me fast and useful advice - with none of the usual real estate agent cliche's. As a buyer, I was impressed by how effortlessly she was able to concisely identify the most important elements of the home buying process. She informed me of major situations and how they could play out and then allowed me to really make my own decisions, but was always there for guidance should I need a little. At the same time, she always helped me to see the big picture in the details and helped to take the pressure off me so that I didn't get overwhelmed. She is a formidable and very shrewd negotiator and business woman, someone you would be lucky to have on your team and she will go the distance to get her client's what is best for them. I can count numerous times that I witnessed her totally annihilate a potential point of contention before it even had a chance to completely form. Buying, especially in the current Las Vegas market, is all about knowing when and how to be aggressive - Ashley gave me the understanding and the confidence to make it happen.
