  • This company does not even deserve one star. They were rude, disrespectful and tried to scam me. In addition, when I cancelled my reservation due to their lack of service or to pick up options to resolve their issues they tried to issue a "no-show" fee even though I was there to pick up the car. Very unprofessional and from my perspective trying to game customers.
