  • I went to YELEC to get treatment for Keratoconus, which I had been diagnosed with in my teenage years. This rare condition had caused the vision in one of my eyes to gradually deteriorate to a point that had seriously affected my ability to enjoy life. I decided to get two treatments done in order to stabilize my vision and with the slight hope of recovering some of it. A year and a half late and I have seen incredible improvements in my vision and worry much less about the condition that was once constantly on my mind. I was very hesitant about the efficacy and the $5,000 price tag that came with these procedures. Now I regret not having done it sooner! I was very pleased with the professionalism and compassion from the entire staff. Everyone from the receptionists to the surgeon, and people who handle the finances.
