  • Worst dealership ever. Bought a used car here. nothing but unmet expectations. Spent $1,000 on a check up that i had no choice but to pay for. Got stranded today in phoenix in 115 plus road heat. Jack that came with the car didnt work. Stranded. Called the dealership and Kia roadside assistance multiple times. All circuits are busy. I told multiple people at the dealership i was going to die. and all they did was put me on hold. Nobody could help me. Thank god my wife finally answered or I wouldnt be posting this. Don't ever buy a car here. This is the worst dealership ever. All they do is lie about what they have done to check the car. The $1,000 check up is crap. It's likely a 16 year old doing an oil change. they couldnt even tell me when the tranny fluid was last changed. Don't ever buy a car here. They are liars. BBB will also hear my story. I cant stand a company that wont man up an fix their wrong doings. All i asked for was a ride home, a tow truck, and a new jack. Now I'm pissed because of my treatment. you would rather have me die on the side of the road an have to call 911 than to simply send a tow truck or roadside assistance. Good job Moore. You make me realize why I don't trust dealerships.
