  • Not sure about the couple of negative reviews on here. These guys are great. I too ended up with this company at the mercy of Fidelity warranty. The first call they responded the same day I called Fidelity, no other warranty contractor has responded that soon...they came out a day or so later and the technician David was top notch. After figuring out I would need a faucet replacement they got me a new one that is several notches above 'builders standard' which warranty outfits usually stick you with. Again, they promptly made the appointment, and give you a 30 minute warning call when their guy is on the way. I was even fortunate enough to be the first call at 8am for the faucet and he was out of here within an hour or so. I would recommend these guys even if not under a home warranty scenario.
