  • I have to say I was so disappointed in the customer service I received from Zerorez. I had heard great things about them and was excited to use them. When the serviceman arrived at my house he spent 20 minutes walking around telling me just about every mark probably wouldn't come up. We lieterally went through each room with a tooth comb. The service was fine but the next day I noticed three areas where the carpet was now unraveling. I got a follow up customer survey and explained why I was dissatisfied with the service. I got a prompt phone call afterwards and they were investigating the issue and then the customer service rep called and said the tech told them my dogs must have done it. I told them I found it very hard to believe that with as thorough a walk through as I had to do with him that we magically didn't see three areas of carpet unraveling. They said they would investigate further and nothing.... this was over a month ago.
