  • I am honestly very surprised to see so many negative reviews. I recently used FFSi for refinance ( June 2014 ) and I am very happy with their services. The rate we locked with Liz Hernandez for 45 days was the lowest rate we could find and it was the rate we've got at the end, there was no extra charges. FFSi delivered exactly what they promised on the first day. Christina , our processor ,was simply terrific, it was like having your best friend helping you with refinancing. She was very professional , knowledgeable and prompt . I purchased several properties in the past , it was not my first refinance and I can tell , it was a true pleasure to deal with this company.
