Went here for the coffee. My first sip of my flat white made me nervous - seemed a bit watery.
I realized as I finished it however, that I had thoroughly enjoyed it - it had a lovely mouth feel and finish.
I also tried a pastry - a chocolate croissant - and it was good but not a standout.
The staff is reserved, they really weren't willing to engage in a quick friendly exchange. I did see them chatting with people who seemed to be established regulars. So that's fine. (Not everyone running a coffee shop is an extrovert.)
The overall feel is one of calm. Lots of book readers and laptops and a steady stream of customers.
