My husband & I went to Living Spaces Wednesday February 21, 2018 to order a sofa sleeper. We were told that we can pick up our item Saturday February 24th in the morning. Saturday comes & I received a phone call from customer services saying that our order has been delayed & that we can pick it up Sunday instead. I told them we were moving Saturday so that's why we wanted to pick up our item because we will have the Uhaul truck so we cannot pick up our item Sunday. I requested to have it delivered to our house the customer service agent was able to do that for us & give us free delivery. 3 days later I called to see about our delivery status & now I'm being told that they lost our sofa! & that we can make another selection with $25 off the item or we can reorder the sofa & wait 15-30 days. We really wanted this sofa because we got it for a great price during the President Day sale & of course Living Spaces would not offer us a different sofa for the same price. So we decided to reorder the item & wait. After numerous phone calls saying it's still being processed & wait another week, Here it is April 4th & still NO SOFA! I called today & the customer service agent felt so bad that no one told me that the sofa has been discontinued. I immediately asked for my money back & told her how disappointed I am at Living Spaces for leading me on thinking that I was going to receive our sofa within the promising time. I will NEVER order from here again!!!
