  • I've already purchased a brand new 5 series here at this dealership. This review is for the owner to read this review since his General manager has not contacted me after an accident I had at this bmw dealership property. I was at this dealership to purchase merchandise at their store. This dealership built a pole and sign in their back driveway in the entry to their garage service and I backed up into this pole that was standing low in a blind spot making it easily for customers to hit. After the accident happened I advised the customer service desk, the representative told me his GM was at lunch. He seemed like he didn't know what to do, and just gave me an adjusters business card for the damage that was done to the vehicle. I think they should have better protocol when an accident happens at their establishment. On a later appointment for my oil to be changed, I told my service advisor about the accident. I noticed the pole and sign was missing from the driveway that they had embedded in the ground; he told me too many people were hitting the low sign damaging vehicles. This dealership obviously removed the sign because it was unsafe. I told him the same thing happened to me, and for him and his manager to take a look at the long scratch on my car. It was obvious this sign was not in a safe area I was hoping he would have his manager waiting for me when I came back. That was not the case, he just tells me the GM name and tells me to contact him. I should not have to contact anyone, a manager should be contacting me after I already advised my advisor about the situation. Seems like their customer service is in question when a problem arrives here at this dealership. So far, they have lost my business here and I will be taking my brand new car elsewhere for service and future business. If someone at this dealership would like to solve this complaint contact me 702-238-3469. If they correct the problem, I will update this matter here. Poles and signs should not be placed in a driveway to a garage. General managers should be contacted by their employees when an accident occurs on their property and the customer guests should be contacted right away.
