  • Despite the mixed reviews...........I had a positive experience today. I was a first patient of Dr. Colbert. Dr. Colbert and her staff from the lady who checked me in to her nurse to the lady who did my blood work..........absolutely wonderful! Dr. Colbert made me at ease and we even talked about my personal experience here in Charlotte, NC like the different types of programs I can enroll my daughter and etc. I'm definitely looking forward to my one year check up! The lady did my blood work(I HATE needles!) put me at ease. Normally I'm ready to jump out the chair and run for the hills or try to find alternatives to giving blood. The experience was quick and painless. If I can remember what she looked like, I will request her next year! My only dilemma was trying to figure how/where to enter the parking deck. I almost drove around the block twice(It was probably my nerves). Once inside the building, it's very nice. The office is located on the 5th floor of the BB&T building in uptown Charlotte.
