  • Aerofleet is now the only company I'll use to get to/from Pearson. Their cars are clean, comfortable, and classy, and the drivers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly... but they go well beyond all of that: A couple nights ago my flight was cancelled and I ended up on a late flight that arrived around 2:00am. By the time I got home, I was so exhausted that I somehow left my wallet in the taxi. The next morning, Aerofleet called me to say that they had found the wallet and were holding it for me to pick up at their office. When I went to pick it up, everything was still there - including $45 cash. I tried to give them the cash to thank them for returning the wallet, but they wouldn't accept it, and they seemed genuinely happy to have saved me the trouble that comes with losing a wallet. An honest, reliable, and friendly company!
