Meh sums it up.
The exterior is nice but the place lacks love on the inside. Problems
- 2 of the 3 room lights didn't work
- Room service didn't clean our room on the first day of our stay
- The bar area lacked a bartender frequently during its opening hours the place runs thinly staffed and he/she has other jobs to do concurrently.
- The breakfast is gross. Super-salty eggs, super-salty gravy for the biscuits. The usual lame, single-threaded waffle maker. No breakfast meats (e.g., sausage, bacon). Inedible.
- Isolated. If you don't have a car do not stay here -- quite cut-off. It's a long walk (which I had to do) to get to food, and for me it was dark, dangerous (no people, no sidewalk), and hot.
That's not to mention to odor of manure that wafts in from time to time. If I were to stay in the area again, I'd try the Marriott Courtyard near the Mesa airport.
