  • Horrible customer service by so call management. Hidden fees once signing in for a pet friendly hotel as they call themselves. They charge 25 per night and it is non refundable. My pet was not destructive at all and it was not disclosed on the Hotwire website about their fees. When we brought this to the management about the surprise of the fees we expected customer service but instead had a very rude and un helpful attitude.
