| - During the housing market crash in Vegas, you probably saw a lot ( and I meant a lot) of TV and billboard ads from different law firms promising how they are the best and no other law firms can do what they do, right? How do you know who to trust? I know, it's very hard.
Anyway, during that time, I needed helps short-sale my house and I went to a couple law firms to see if they can help. These law firms wanted between $5,000 to $10,000 in fees but they cannot guarantee that the short sale will be approved and the fee is not contingent on approval. So basically they want a client (who didn't have money to pay mortgage and therefore had to short-sale their house) to pay them humongous amount of money and could be for nothing.
At that time, I felt like giving up but I decided to go to the Schwartz Law Firm because of their funny "Don't short sale your house, Schwartz sale it". From the time I sat down and met one of their lawyers, Sean, and realtor Erin, I felt I was in the right place. They treated me with respect and spent a lot of their valuable time learning about my situation and how they can help. All their staff, including Sam Schwartz who I met and talked on several occasions, have been wonderful. They kept you updated with the process and always answered my questions/concerns promptly. Best of all, instead of $5,000 to $10,000 in fees, they charges less than $2,000 and most of that fee is contingent on your short sale being approved. So if your short sale is not approved, you only have to shell out a few hundreds dollars.
If you need to short sale your house or file bankruptcy, I highly strongly recommend Schwartz Law Firm.
