  • I purchased my bed from sears and was told bed was to be deliver on Thursday. So we took our old bed out and also took off work so someone could be home.. Not only did they not deliver that day, they also told us it would be the next day was not.( it was 3 days later) No one would take our phone calls or call us back. I've never in my life saw such poor customer service. After a week of calling and trying to talk to someone in charge I "sucked it up" and moved on with my life only to get our first bill in the mail with the interest charge we were promised wouldn't be there for 6 months. Never again will sears see a dime from us!!!
