I have been going to Target for the past 3-4 years and did not have a problem. Lately, I have been leaving this location very unhappy, especially today.
My cousin and I finished shopping and decided to visit the food court for their ICEE sale, "BOGO 50% off." I ordered two medium ICEEs and Alyssa was the one helping me, realized that her screen froze, so she stepped over to the next register to help me without telling me. I had my target card ready to pay and then that register also froze.
Another worker came to the food court and went to the first register and started to help out. Alyssa told the worker that the registers kept freezing. The other worker advised her to go ask someone if the discount is effective because he was not aware of that discount. At this point, there was a line of people.
My cousin and I were waiting at the counter and saw Alyssa walk out of a door with her purse. We assumed her shift was over. We watched her exit. This upset me, because Alyssa could've took the two seconds to let us know that we were going to be helped shortly and that her shift has ended but she didn't!!
As for the other worker, kept helping the other customers while I was just on the side. He didn't bother saying anything until he saw me walking away. I would've paid full price for your ICEEs but I didn't even get the chance to say it since your registers kept "freezing." This was very unprofessional and sad. It was disappointing that some workers don't communicate with their customers. I am usually very patient but this one experience blew me away!
