I went on a Saturday and I felt the lady at the front desk was inexperienced. She almost turned me away by saying that my company didn't have an account there. Then offered for me to pay $92 out of pocket. After I persisted she called someone and found out that we do have an account and that services were covered.
She was very casual with her interactions, and almost appeared uninterested in her responsibilities. If I had been injured or sick I would have been extremely frustrated.
The lobby was full and not once did I hear her update any one or check on their status.
Beats the ER but not a lot of professionalism
