  • I got handed off between 3 different people after waiting an hour. I was kind and patient. But I had to keep repeating myself and keep changing chairs with my nails not done. Also no one changed any of the towels to rest our hands on. Which is such an easy and inexpensive thing to change! They sold me acrylic nails claiming it was "gel". One guy promised me he'd file it down so it's thin and looks natural then I got put to another guy and it looks thick and uneven/lumpy. They're super bubbly and its very noticeable, along with all the black fibers in them, probably from them making me move my stuff a bunch of times and not helping so I didn't touch anything with my nails. The shellac isn't even, and very spotty. I also have shellac Polish all over my cuticles and even above my cuticles, with some even on my actual top of my hand. I had such high hopes for this place after ppl recommended it to me I was even fine with waiting about hour to be seen. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done and I'm so sad I was hoping for a new place to frequent.
