| - I have been going to Barbs for years, slowly I have seen the quality go down. I ordered a cake from them this week, I went to pick it up, it was awful not al all what I asked for. When placing the order over the telephone, they asked for my credit card number, expiration date and security code on the back, I was VERY nervous providing this information. When I went to pick up the cake, the lady that waiting on me, Lisa was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and kept correcting me, say that buttercream frosting could not be tinted light brown, after I asked to call out a cake decorator and ask the same question, he confirmed yes, we could have tinted light brown. I finally left, as Lisa was still saying some stuff to us as we left the store in front of other customers. I decided to return the cake and was treated SO rude and was yelled at by both Lisa and the owners cousin who had been left in charge while the owner was on vacation. I asked to look at the original receipt to make sure all my credit card information was removed, and I was denied. I will never return to Barbs again, after being a customer for about 7 years :-(
