  • this is a review without even going in to the salon. just based on the rudeness i received over the phone. continuously tried to make an appointment for the shellac and every time i attempted to i was either told they were "too busy" and i need to try again or they just didn't answer the phone. the last straw was when i called and they informed me that all there nail techs are on different schedules so everyone needs to make appointments at least a week in advance always. how about i just never come?! thanks, but no thanks.
