I went online and requested a quote a week ago, NO RESPONSE BACK.
I called 3 days later, left a message, NO RESPONSE.
I just called again, and once again no person is available to pick up the phone. I will not leave another message. I will not beg a company to take my business. I will now move on to a company that actually wants to take my money in exchange for moving services. I have about 2 weeks until my move, I do not have time to wait around, hoping that Two Men and a Truck will grace me with a phone call.
To the person running this branch: Your customer service skills need refining. I wish I could rate the service, but I could not get that far with this place. In order to rate their service, they would need to actually pick up a phone and call me back, or simply pick up their phone during business hours. With this company, that may be asking too much. If you are this bad BEFORE my move, I sure as hell will not trust you DURING my move to do the job properly.
Their message claims that during business hours "they may experience a high volume of calls." BS. This is just a cover up for the fact that you do not properly staff your business.
