My first time at Bluephies and it was a Sunday brunch. The wait was about an hour. Pretty busy. It was about 10:45 when we got there. I did like the fact that they offered to take your drink order while sitting and waiting. It's too bad they don't offer full menu in the bar area.
And they could benefit from a pager system.
We were seated but our waiter or waitress was nowhere to be found. It was well over ten minutes before we received service. I was hungry. The drinks are awesome. Had the blood orange sorbet mimosa. Coffee was great.
The "Hangover Benedict" was absolutely delicious. The cheesy hash browns were sort of a surprise but good. The food was great. I wanted to try multiple items but I'll definitely come back. Just not during brunch necessarily.
Oh and the carrot cake was amazing. We took a piece home. Came with a Carmel sauce. Enough for two. That's for sure.
