  • Multiple times I've stood in line inside this bank for 30 plus minutes because they have one teller open. Oddly they have several other BofA employees who just walk around saying hi to all of us standing in line... When I asked the manager why there is never more than one teller the answer given was "were not a busy branch" ??? SO CONFUSED.. Last week I was inside the branch for one hour and 11 minutes to make a deposit- thats it just a cash deposit.. My friend was waiting in the car! Lame right? Does Bank of America have no regard for our time? Avoid this location!!
