  • The best cheese curds I've ever had! Best part about living in Wisconsin is in this place. We have such great access to high quality, rich cheese. When you deep fry them with a thinly coated batter, you get amazing results. It is easy to mess up though: leaving it in the fryer too long, too greasy, not coated ebough, coated too much!! But, this place does it perfectly. The cheese is soft and irresistible. It's not fried so much that it over powers the taste of the cheese. The batter is thinly coated and has the perfect texture to compliment the cheese. I got the sriracha aioli and honestly, anything aioli is amazing.
