Submitted a request for an appointment for my follow up cancer treatment about a month and a half ago. Have called for progress a few times and was not told anything until today.... this morning I get a call from a lady who sounds angry from the moment I say hello. She says "if this is Amber I've tried calling you 4 times in the past couple days and I shouldn't have to call that many times." Well sorry I work full time, and I didn't expect the missed calls to be from you when it's been a month and a half since I've tried setting up an appointment. It's not right to call cancer patients with a rude attitude like that pointing the blame. I've done my part
