Why is it that during peak times they decide to only have 2 cashiers open with lines going into the clothing section, but during off peak times, they have 10 lanes open with just 2 customers each. It's not that hard to pull people off from other duties and open registers to gets customers out of the store more efficiently!
As for their re-stocking process. I still don't understand why they leave milk sitting in shopping carts by the registers for HOURS before restocking them. Is this a health/safety violation?
If you do go in around 10am when no-one else really shops, you can get out fairly quickly and most things are usually in-stock.
If management could improve the inefficiencies for the customer, morale for the employees so the customer experience is better, people would start rating with higher stars quickly.
