  • contacted Bautista since they wanted to set up a contract with me. Spoke with Patty to setup a schedule to take care of my property. Agreed to have them come out on the 12th and 26th of June (billed $100 for twice a month service). techs never showed up on the 26th and when contacted they said they had been out twice that month. I asked for dates they maintained the property, and they refused to release the information. They stopped returning my calls and proceeded to bill me for services not rendered. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS
