  • My coworkers and I dined at Pizza A Metro for lunch. We selected the place purely on Yelp reviews, and when we pulled up to the little hole in the wall, I'll admit we were a little apprehensive. The restaurant is tiny, but clean. The wait staff was very accommodating, pushing many of their tables together for our party of ten. We ordered and promptly received our food. Wood-fired pizzas, side salads, and calamari. All of the food was incredible. I cannot stress how amazing all the food was. We tried the sausage and broccoli, the prosciutto and arugula, the meatball, and the veggie. All were perfect. I didn't partake in the calamari, but everyone else said it was great. The bread and olive tapenade and the side salads were also delish. After our dinner, the waiter gave us three complimentary slides of cheesecake (it was one of my coworker's birthday) and handles split checks no problem. Top it all off, everything was such a great value. Lots of food for the price. I will definitely be back, especially since I hear they make all their pastas from scratch. That vodka sauce is calling my name.
