  • Went to this location this past Wednesday. Turned in some clothing items that were in very good condition, they were also brand name items. I traded a pair of shoes, jeans, a shirt, hat, and a tie. All these items are very nice and all almost brand new. Only received a measly $19.65 which is very low compared to what you can get at Plato's Closet for similar clothing. The reason I gave the store two stars instead of one was because the older woman behind the counter was very friendly, however, my items were being placed into a bin by her and then the bin was moved away by another staff member. So if I did want my items back it just seemed like more of a hassle at that point. I wish she would have placed my items aside so that if I decided not to go through with the transaction then all my things would be right there. It seems to me that she does that so that it's harder for you to change your mind if you're a little apprehensive about turning in your items for such a low amount of money, and she really made me feel uncomfortable by doing that to me. Plato's Closet is much better and I will never do business with Buffalo Exchange again.
