  • I would give 0 star if I could. All the negative reviews you read about Cnj is TRUE! Cnj was recommended by American Home Shield to replace a water heater, Cnj tech showed up and immediately asked how I want to pay the service fee of $75.00, and gave me another business card to call so they can work with my home insurance company.. Everything I had read on Yelp about Cnj happened to me! They wanted to charge me ridiculous out of pocket expenses that are enough to buy a brand new heater. I am so glad I had read the reviews on Yelp first. I called American Home Shield and complained, they said they can't refer me another company to do the job, but I can take the cash reimbursement option. I just had my water heater replaced by a good company, I still had out of pocket expenses but a lot less than Cnj wanted to charge me, and most importantly - a peace of mind!! Run away from this company! Do not work with them!! No joke!!
