  • When we arrived at the park, the large roller coasters and adult size rides were not working. Additionally, several people were stuck on a ride for several hours in the 95 degree sun. We waited 3 hours for the rides to resume operation again. We visited the guest relations office and were spoken to in an extremely condescending tone by the representative and manager when we inquired about a refund. We were told that the park would be open until 10:00 and we should continue to wait for the rides to become operational. Again, we had been at the park for 3 hours without riding a single ride. The corporate office was no help either. The repeated the company's policy of NO refunds regardless of the situation. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service we received. I do not feel we asked for anything extraordinary by requesting a refund. We do not live close to this park and have no plans to visit again. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!
