  • Boyfriend and I enjoyed the outlets, but this review is specifically for our experience with Sara at Helzberg Diamonds. We walked in yesterday and asked, right up front, if we could ask a favor of her even if we wouldn't be purchasing anything. She very kindly agreed and we proceeded to ask if she could size us for rings. Not only did she size us (basically perfectly just eyeballing it), but she talked to us for 10-15 minutes just about the types of rings we would want when we eventually get engaged and married. She was so kind, normalized the entire experience for us, and was extremely knowledgeable. We walked out confident in shopping at Helzberg in the future just because of our 15 minute conversation with her. She was wonderful and helped us enjoy our Tanger experience that much more! Other highlights: - Goffee: the coffee stand a little distance from Fossil had an incredibly sweet barista who personalized our drinks when we asked her for suggestions. The iced mocha and blended red velvet frappe were perfectly caffeinated desserts :) - Fossil: two service representatives (both named Lauren) were both nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. They let us browse on our own and answered questions, let us try things on. We left with two watches in part because of their help. - PARKING. Oh my gosh free parking. It's like heaven after Los Angeles.
