  • My car was making a strange noise so I took it here on a Saturday hoping to get a diagnosis by the end of the day. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a significant problem, since I had a business trip the next day. They gave me a call in the early afternoon to tell me it was fine and that they tried to apply some penetrant to the area causing the problem. CHARGED ME NOTHING, even though I told them I understood they would probably charge me just for looking at it. They seem pretty cognizant of people getting their money's worth.
