  • There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for the SHT team! Nichol has been a huge influence in my life over the past year! My husband and I weren't having any luck conceiving for 6 months when I started with Nichol. I wanted to have a healthier lifestyle but I just wasn't sure where to start. There are a lot of different fertility diets but I was unable to find any science to back most of them up. That is when one day I decided to reach out to Nichol who is an amazing RN, but also has a significant education in nutrition. She discussed fertility and several issues that play a role. I met with her for weeks, emailed her for recipes continuously, and sent pictures of random items while shopping. It took me months to totally transform my diet, the chemicals in my home, and to begin a more grounded lifestyle. After 10 months of trying to conceive we were finally blessed with a baby girl. I could not be more thankful or appreciative to Nichol and how she has changed my life! She always strives to learn more and do more for all of her clients. If anyone is thinking about changing their lifestyle to be a healthier human being or to increase there success of conceiving I definitely suggest having a conversation with Nichol!
