I'm sure this place gives great haircuts...that's why we went there after we heard rave reviews. Only thing is, we never got to even talk to a barber. I brought my 16 year old there and when we walked in, not one soul acknowledged our existence. There was no reception area, no sign/check in, no body even looked at us standing there. We couldn't even get anyone's attention. All of the barbers were tending to their clients (which is hood$ but never even looked up so we could get someone's attention. We stood there for about 5 minutes, and then decided to sit down.
We just waited and waited and waited. Same thing. No one came into the waiting area.
A lot of "guys" came in and out of the front door with food and such i.e. Pizza & takeout, but they just zoomed right passed us, so we felt it would be rude to interrupt them.
We actually say there for about 45 minutes, all the while my son begging me to leave because he felt really uncomfortable. Finally I gave in because I honestly felt so out of place and I welcomed and we left. Ended up going to Sports Clips and felt relieved when we were greeted promptly with a smile and the friendliness of a conversation.
Like I said, they probably do a good job, if you can get someone to help you.
