  • Don't trust their website! We tried calling ahead to verify availability, but they didn't answer their phones. So we walked over there anyway to rent bikes. Their website says they rent kids' bikes which is why we chose this company, but when we arrived, they informed us that they didn't have any kids' bikes. I asked if they were all out on rental or if they just don't have them, and they said they never have them. When I mentioned that the website said they did, they just said well we don't and we don't know why it says that. No apologies. We ended up at Golden Triangle and had a great experience. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff over there.
