  • Could not have gotten better treatment anywhere. My two elderly cats both became very ill at the same time...completely different symptoms. I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Jamie Augustine. While we are still trying to determine what is wrong with one of the cats, I am comforted knowing Dr. Augustine is treating her. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I would visit my cat daily and they would put me in the consulting room with the large window so she would have a view! I initially disliked not being able to call for an appointment but in reality, the wait time at VCA Black Mountain is less than or equal to wait times at other locations with an appointment.
