I rented two units, when I rented my second unit I was told when I was ready to cancel it was easier to cancel before my monthly auto pay, however payment could be credited. When I received notice from work that I needed to relocate I called to notify them. One unit had already paid and would be over paid for my moving out date and the other unit I owed money on. The amount of overpayment was slightly more than the amount I owed. however the manager would not apply the credit or refund me the money and expected me to also pay the remaining balance for the second unit. I had been renting for nearly a year with never any late payments. How is this ethical or right? The manager lowered the amount due in the end but still made me pay around $10, which was about $30 of overpayment. When you are not willing to satisfy the customer and do the right thing over $30. Especially when staff states it's possible to receive credit. I will not do business with this company again.
