  • If I could have selected "zero" stars, I would have. This place consistently has the worst service department management I've ever experienced in any kind of auto-related business. The culture of disrespect, indifference and arrogance is truly disgusting. If you know of a better place to get my Volvo serviced in the north Charlotte or Lake Norman areas, please share!
