  • Just.. Wow. From the moment I walked in the store, I was blown away. The first thing that you notice is the uniquely and modern design. It's a cute, mini-escape from the world. More importantly, the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Everyone offered me water, made sure I was happy with the color and the quality of the nails, and made sure I was comfortable I with my overall experience. Special thanks to Ly, Cindy, and Nancy! They made sure I knew that if I wanted to come late, they would be more than happy to accommodate me. Now for the cons, because there's no such thing as perfect. A week later, my gel polish started to chip on three of my nails. After two weeks, my nail itself started to chip, and I have pretty strong nails. Probably won't be coming back here because at the end of the day, it comes down to the quality of the product. Leaving my review with three stars because of the service.
