  • We had a horrible experience this evening. Waited over 2 1/2 hours before our dinner came. From 5:30 to 7:45. . We waited so long we lost our appetite, boxed it and left. The manager Ester had the nerve to charge us for our dinner. She tried to make excuses but hey, there is no. excuse for waiting that long. . There were 4-5 tables with patrons and they were not busy. We have been customers for many years. Antonio the chef was not there. The bus person brought the dessert menu because he thought we had finished. He was surprised we had not had dinner. We play at Mandalay Bay 3-4 x per week in the high limit room and frequent the dinner houses. . Servers at Veranda are very inexperienced as are hostess at desk and Manager. No class! Go to Charlie Palmer's next door where the food is of excellent quality and service professional. BTW the Salmon was dry and overdone, steak was served grey, not even warm. You are warned!
