I had couple of issues with my 4-series and stopped by the dealership after scheduling a service appt. Joe C was my service guy and he was kind of rude to my questions. I was being very polite to him and I don't understand why he just assumed that I am there to get things for free when I was asking for estimates on couple of things I wanted to be replaced. I was checking to see if the vipers and cabin air filter are still good or need replacement and Joe was talking to me as if I am asking him to give me free stuff. FYI, I am still under my 4 yr -50K mile warranty. I did not even want to let him know all my concerns. I just wanted to get out of there after that. I think you should train your service reps to be nicer to the customers. I am going to check the Henderson branch the next time. I hope they are ok atleast.
