  • Don't use Customer Service counter for said name. I just tried to place a doughnut order for pick-up Friday morning and it was too much for them. They called a supervisor who couldn't help, one girl offered to simply write the order down and give it to the bakery, however the other employee said it would get lost or misplaced, so i should call or come back when the bakery is open. These people will wonder why the store closes at some point--YOU NEED CUSTOMERS who are HAPPY!
