  • I always experience great service here. Terry is great and always willing to help. Cameron was helping us out and had to refer us to the billing department via phone. I must say Cameron was super nice as well as apologetic due to the fact that the lady on the customer service line didn't help at all on our bill. Jennifer Burris was rude and didn't allow us to speak to a manager on the phone because we were overcharged. Very disappointed in Jennifer Burris, customer service representative on the att phone.
