  • We had a great sales experience with Ryan. We were not even looking to get a new car but we're looking around while waiting to get our car serviced. We came across a used Pilot we were interested in. Ryan was very patient while we asked questions and did a test drive. He never pressured us and was just there to help us through the process. We did some research and made what we felt was a fair offer and much to our surprise it was accepted without them fighting or using any sales techniques to get a few more dollars out of us. The car had not gone through reconditioning yearly so we had to come back the next day. They went through and made sure the car was safe and clean and had no major problems when we picked it up the next day. we even discovered the aux jack was not working and Ryan promptly brought it back to the service center and had it fixed. Ryan and arrowhead Honda really has earned a customer for life!!!
