  • I went into eyedentity eye care to get my daughter new glasses and a prescription for her glasses for school everything went well in the office and we purchased the glasses that she needed and they told me that she would have them before school started which is on the 29th. Here it is almost 10 days later and I have called and there are still no glasses. The first time I called which was last week they told me that there was a problem with the ordering and they had to reorder and that they put a rush on it both times but still nothing. It kind of feels like they want to take your money and make promises to you to get what you need but then they do not deliver on time I did enjoy the doctor that took care of my daughter but I wish they would not make promises that they cannot keep I wanted my daughter to have her glasses before school started so she can at least have a couple days of getting used to wearing them before school started. I guess I will update my post when my daughters glasses are finally received.
